Primary when iowa caucus winner Pete Buttigieg endorsed Court Packing. Now it is back in the news again in the general elections following the passing of justice ginsburg. I am not writing this book because Court Packing is back in the news. I have always been interested in the new deal. It is a constitutionally significant error in our industry. It never received quite as much attention as it deserved on that front. Scholarshipeal there has not nearly been enough attention paid to the role the public paid played in shaping some of those constitutional developments. That is why im writing the book.
