To the ninthted circuit november 2, 1985, and served as chief judge from 2007 to 2014, graduating from ucla ,nd from Ucla Law School receiving a jv in 1975 and prior to his appointment to the appellate bench, judge kaczynski served as chief judge of the United States claims court from 1982 to 1985 and special counsel to the merit Systems Protection Board and he retired from the bench in 2017 after 35 years of judicial service. Because we have to learn what our differences of opinion are on a range of subjects and how we can create Common Ground so we can communicate with one another and how we are best able to reach one another in this very stratified and divided society that we live in. I have asked that part one, a debate on the politics of impeachment, but each respondent, professor dershowitz and Professor Bob strom speak for 10 minutes each. Some he said why so short .
