This friday tradition continues. Lets look at the east shore freeway and the mcarthur maze,is slow coming around the berkeley curve to the bay bridge toll plaza. A 20 minute drive, that spells lighter than usual traffic. Out to the bay bridge, it is quiet. The metering lights came on at 5 30. You can see the road censors are showing slow traffic on highway 4 as you approach highway 4.
