The record amount of rain over the last few days has caused these streets to flood. And city officials have made the decision to close them. A reported threat has closed down all schools in the Los Angeles Unified School district. District. The threat involved backpacks and packages left at a number of campuses. Authorities have not specified the threat but early reports indicated it was a bomb threat called in to a school board member.
