The thing about this though is you did see a lot of rainfall last night so now roadways are wet from all that rain falls youre still going to have that impact on your morning commute, rain doesnt need to be actively following to make first like conditions and thats exactly what weve got set up across the bay area a few areas of low lying cloud cover you can see those especially being seen a down the east of san jose in our Higher Elevations to be expecting some low clouds if youre traveling up into hilly areas above the day where you can actually maybe havent in a visibility impact from some of that low cloud cover this morning.
