The dow futures are up 23 points above fair value. The s p futures are up by 2. 5 points and the nasdaq is up 5. 5 points. As for the markets in europe, you can see things are decidedly worse with the cac down. 70 . The dax in germany is down. 60 and the ftse is off. 30 . In the meantime, the russian micex indicated slightly higher trading higher this morning, but this comes after steep drops over recent weeks because of what was building up in the situation in ukraine.
