蘇寧易購漲停 阿里巴巴等大廠合資入股 | Anue鉅亨

蘇寧易購指出計劃將總股本 16.96% 的股份轉讓給「江蘇新新零售創新基金二期」的合夥企業。而新新零售基金二期由南京新興零售發展基金、華泰資管、阿里巴巴、海爾、美的、TCL、小米等產業投資人共同出資籌組。
在股票轉讓後，蘇寧易購將處於無控股股東、無實質控制人狀態。創辦人張近東持股比重從轉讓前的 20.96% 降至 17.62%，蘇寧控股持股則從 3.98% 降至 2.73%，至於新新零售基金二期則持股 16.96%，比重僅次於張近東。
同時蘇寧易購也公布上半年的業績預告。公告顯示，預估今年上半年虧損人民幣 25 億元～人民幣 32 億元，去年同期虧損人民幣 1.7 億元。公司表示，營運遇到階段性的挑戰和困難，第二季營收預計年減逾 30%，毛利率與去年同期相比將出現較大幅度下滑。
蘇寧易購曾經是中國的家電龍頭，但在錯失電商的商機後，蘇寧易購轉向開始近十年的跨界併購之途。這導致蘇寧易購營運急轉直下，衡量本業的營利表現更是出現連續 7 年虧損。
後續而來的商譽減損、負債激增更是拖垮蘇寧易購的最後一根稻草，使其不得不引進新資金。營運展望差，使得今年以來，蘇寧易購的股價持續下挫，截至停牌前，其股價已經重挫 27%。整體來看，當務之急是解決公司龐大債務問題，才能有後續起死回生的機會。
