No, it does not go far enough, but its definitely a start and i think will continue to work in that direction and thank you to all the city staff while the legislative aides, from the other offices, who including supervisor cohen legislative eight, my legislative eight, iris sam and connor and also especially, your Team Supervisor farrell worked really hard to balance all of the needs and demands and challenges of a definitely demanding group of individuals on the board of supervisors. Item 1 is an ordinance authorizing the recreation and Park Department regarding the funding and stewardship of a new park on the francisco reservoir site located between hyde and larkin street and south of bay street. For the last five years i have been working with the neighbors and and recreation and park to turn this into a park, a project we voted on a year and a half ago and we have been working with the Francisco Park conservancy and made up of the four largest neighborhood groups in the area. The neighborhood stepped up and the project wouldnt be possible without their partnership and support. They have helped build a broad group of support of over 40 organizations that have been ....
