That is about 30 miles southeast of san antonio. The shooter is identified as Devon Patrick kelly. He was from a nearby county. One of the victims, just five years old. The oldest was 72 years old. 20 people have been wounded in this attack. He was stopped when a Good Samaritan with a rifle saw the shooting and open fire who then drop the weapon and drove off.
