Its not the program, but so it is my distinct honor and pleasure to introduce david kay porter who is the assistant section chief with the Foreign Influence Task force, counterintelligence division, joining us from fbis headquarters. On. I am joined on stage today by six incredible individuals, each of whom have helped shape the history and the future of human space flight. So ill give a little introduction. He gave an introduction about myself, but as he said, my name is deanne. Much like many of our panelists today am an engineer. Unlike most of our panelists today, i have never been to space. Which gives you an idea of the impressiveness next to me. But i did grow up in brevard county, florida, and Cape Canaveral, and i have watched many of you launch to space, and it has been an inspiration in my life and one of the reasons that i chose to pursue engineering. Ive gone on to have a bit of an atypical career. Im an engineering tv host nowadays, and also founder and ceo of future engineers and we actually have a current challenge that was launched with nasa where students can name the next mars rover, so i dont know if youchb you know but the mars curiosity rover was named by a kindergarten through 12 student. We
Oakland where the governor and other state leaders unveiled that new program. Reporter they had a public unveiling and a News Conference where they talked about the new earthquake Early Warning system via that my shake app. The media still here, about to leave the pier where we are. The app called, my shake, is free to download and was developed by uc berkeleys seismologists and also from around the west coast. University of washington and oregon as well. It will not be able to predict . But the app can alert users to take cover and prepare seconds before shaking, the shaking of a major quake reaches them. The system uses sensors buried in the ground across the state and it detects the start of earthquake, calculates the location and intensity and send a warning to your phone if youre in an area where shaking is likely to happen. It works similar to the amber alert system using the same wireless notification system to send out those warnings. At the unveiling and this News Conference,

That means taking the bombshell allegations and the confession by the president this week to what happened in the dealing with it very promptly. That will be the focus. We have had adam schiff and jerry nadler just yesterday had a great conversation about next steps. I think you will see the Intelligence Committee with what happened this week, the president asking another government, a Foreign Government to essentially get dirt on his political opponent. The fact he withheld money from a country just days prior that Congress Approved. And the fact now that after we have seen the whistleblower, there could be a coverup within the white house.
