造车人没有中年危机，机械工程师不再是故事的主角

　　我以前的一些同学现在的处境也很尴尬。当你在汽车这样的行业干了10年之后，你这辈子是很难再离开这个行业了。现在潮流变了，你需要去学新的东西，但是你干得过年轻人吗？
　　现在的情况是这样，车企不缺研发制造燃油车的工程师，他们缺的是做车联网和自动驾驶的人。但现在很多高校还在教十年甚至二十年前那套东西，这和行业实际的需求已经出现代差。
　　比如汽车设计，当年我上学的时候，拆的都是最破烂的变速箱，现在你再找一个正常的变速箱，里面的线路设计那些都完全不一样了。学生和学校对行业的了解完全跟不上现在爆发式的变化。这中间的落差会导致一大批学生和工程师处于极端尴尬期。
　　现在车辆工程科班出身的也只能做一些测试之类的工作，核心的研发岗几乎都是计算机相关专业的。
　　但现在不一样了，市场已经开始萎缩，而且传统车企还要兼顾转型。这时候企业是没有那么多资源和时间去兼顾传统业务的。比如很多传统企业已经不批内燃机的研发预算了，对于第三方供应商也一样，这个时候还去研究变速箱就是脑子有问题。
　　而对于新势力来说，他们甚至就不需要建立单独的机械部门。现在富士康都要出来做汽车代工业务了，以后这些机械的东西只要有懂行的人跟代工企业对接就行，不需要再养那么多人。
　　那在硬件找代工的情况下，软件就成了车企的大头了。这就是为什么百度、小米这些公司会下场造车，而且疯抢软件方面的人才。但是从供给端来看，智能驾驶的人才培养也是稀缺的。所以现在很多原来学视觉识别、图片分析这类人，也被招到车企里去了。之前没有学校专门教自动驾驶，所以稍微沾点边的人才都是香饽饽了。
　　加价抢人和机械工程师被冷落虽然已经非常普遍，但不意味着这样是合理的。我认为现在行业有些矫枉过正。
　　现在一些新车企在招人的时候，候选人只要有百分之二三十的匹配度，企业就敢要。但是企业招这样的人，他真的能胜任工作吗？另外，从我了解到的信息来看，在一些新势力企业里面，有一部分人每天都在混，就等股票解禁。这种人才在公司里面，企业是指望不上的。
　　当前汽车行业的竞争，无非是资本的较量，比谁更能烧钱。但是当烧钱烧到一定程度的时候，市场又会开始回到平衡状态。就像现在机械工程师被冷落一样，等汽车行业开始冷静之后，机械工程师的地位会回到一个合理的位置。
　　汽车产业是离不开懂机械的人的。比如自动驾驶研发工程师在给车辆数据做标定的时候，如果不懂车身、悬架这些东西的话，标出来的数据是没法用的。不论算法怎样发展，物理层面的东西是无法被忽视的。只要汽车还没飞上天，所有人都要尊重悬架的调校。
　　而现在所谓的抢人大战，虽然在舆论上很热闹，但从整个汽车产业链来看只是小打小闹，不足以撼动整个行业。当大众、丰田这些企业彻底转型的时候，谁还敢玩军备竞赛就是找死。
