Parade today. We begin our Independence Day coverage with kpix 5s anne makovec who had a front row seat. Looks like fun. Reporter yeah. The parade here in alameda started at 10 00 and it just passed us here on park street but its still going on, on other city streets right now in alameda. Its going to be going on for the next couple of hours. This is the 38th annual parade and it keeps getting big ever every year. It is 3. 2 miles of pure hometown pride. So we are, we believe, the longest in terms of length parade in the United States. The only thing we think beats us is the rose bowl. Reporte...
