It should be a busy day on the water. And a gorgeous one out there on this sunday, april 24. Welcomes to mornings onto matt. Lets go to rosemary. It is going to be windy out there. Small craft advisory inside and outside of the bay. On land we also have our own advisory that will kick in later today. The breeze is going not too bad for most of us but in the hills on the coastline it is in batches of clouds rolling over the area. This is the east bay hills.
