Beaten and screaming that someone was trying to kill her. Investigators say when they got to the scene, the victim had visible bruises on her legs and face. According to reports, Police Spotted johnson in an alley and attempted to arrest him, but they say he did not comply and resisted. Investigators say there was a struggle between the officer and johnson. At some point, they say the officer fired his taser. Ive been in this job for many, many years, and i am not aware of anyone losing their life because they were tasered. So theres a lot of very unusual circumstances here. Reporter this vide...
