Broadway Stages closes on $30M Greenpoint space Filming in Manhattan Broadway Stages, the city’s largest film and TV studio company, plans to bring another soundstage to Brooklyn after purchasing a $30 million 111,000-square-foot lot this month. The Greenpoint space at 332 Monitor St., which once belonged to ExxonMobil, joins Broadway Stages’ portfolio of nearly 40 studios across the boroughs.
