this -- cecilia vega is on the scene live and joins us by telephone. what is going on? >> we are told by the people out on the street that the fire seemed to have started 45 minutes to an hour ago. this is still a very active fire. i think i counted 12 to 13 fire trucks on the screen there. two san francisco ladder trucks right now. on the top of the building up into the busy stretch of mission street where it intersects with valenaci and 29th. as you said, the fire seems to be taking place in apartment buildings above the dental offenses. also a loaded garden -- a vietnamese restaur...
