Unexpected. I am at the couples home where in 24 hours the neighbors went from planning a memorial to a welcome home party. The longtime neighbor remembers the moment they got word that Carol Kiparsky and ian irwin were found alive. They had been found alive. Just like that the instinct kicked in. I planned a party. They will arrive home to a warm reception and they have lived herefor decades and the banners are up and all that is left is waiting. I am really glad.
