Disability council. Im trying to bring up their significant agencies represented working with seniors and people with disabilities having the most passengers. We didnt hear about it. There is a defect, a flaw. Even in earlier feedback. Myself and janet were part of people among a focus group asked about seat design. We said keep the poles by the door. That was before 2011.
