At the concord dmv, some under the impression that this field office would be up and running because the dmv did indicate that all its computers would be back online by this morning. They just informed me that the field offices will be coming up back gradually throughout the day. I just went onto the website and none of the field offices that were out yesterday have come back online yet as of 10 30 this morning.
