Lawyer yielded some interesting findings today. The report shows ryan lamb was underqualified for his job. You may remember lamb for his role in the secret settlement scandal Legal Counsel for services. In that role lamb helped broker some of the deals that paid state employees extra money to not file grievances against the state.
