The eve of highly congressional testimony. This standoff is happening now between Matt Whitaker and the Congressional Panel hes scheduled to face tomorrow afternoon. Whitaker drew this line in the sand saying he will not show up unless hes assured he will not be subpoena should he avoid answering certain questions. Not only that, but whitaker has put the Committee Chairman there nadler on the clock saying he wants that assurance in writing tonight no later than 6 00 p. M. plaza elementary, seven elementary students have been pulled from a pool, they drowned there, 20 still missing and the recovery is really just beginning. round two of the violent weather began this afternoon when a massive funnel touched down and stayed on the ground for nearly an hour. this thing is on the ground, ripping everything up. the massive twister ripping away everything in its way, evidence of the violent clear-cut path of destruction. this is war zone, terrible. in the immediate aftermath survivors could be seen searching for anyone. we are having difficulties because of the power lines that are down getting to areas. we know people are trapped. we see people walking with wound, we re stopping and treating them. the chaos left behind almost immanualable, fires, homes completely wiped away. i was unbearably loud as you could see stuff flying everywhere. at least two schools took a direct hit. and the threat of severe weather here and across the ....
