Breaking news out of San Francisco. A major interchange is shut down for nearly two hours after shots were fired on the freeway. Good evening, im brian hackney. Im juliette goodrich. The shooting happened just after 4 30 this afternoon at the northbound 280 split to southbound 101. Just minutes ago we got word the interchange has reopened.
