Rafael is controlling the flow of gasoline leaking from the overturned double tanker muliple marin county Fire Agencies and the californina Highway Patrol were on the scene handing that part of the operation as the things were leaking we were able to convert and contain the fuel that was spillingsome had gone into the dirt reporter you can see some of the diesal fuel here along the road way being vacuumed into this back up tanker that was brought into tranfer the remaing load of fuel the problem being when they right this thing it could cause a spark a lot of things could ignite so they want t...
