There is no where else did go. They said move forward and that is what we are doing and so i think it is the strong a signal as we can possibly have, that the u. S. Is open to looking at how to devise a low carb and economy and get it moving and running in a way that will entice investment. That is good for everybody. Madam administrator, let me tell you we deeply appreciate your taking time with us and the work you are doing and if i get it right i would like to borrow an expression from your book, you did wicked good. To be our last question. Hi. Hows the reseptember economic struggles impacted how states align with federal support and ability of the federal government toates align with fe support and ability of the federal government to give support . So here is the bottom line. There is a lot of downward pressure economically at all levels of government. And so, states and their political subdivisions, we have seen an increase in request for federal assistance, both inside and outside of the disaster declarations, to help offset the impact on budgets.
