Now at about 4 41 p. M. The Police Received a 911 call about a vehicle colliding and 2 children. A 4 and 13yearold. A 12yearold was sitting in a car charging his cell phone and somehow the car went in reverse and hit the kids standing behind the car. Was ros arrived on the scene and located two victims, one four years old and one 13. The 4yearold sustained life threatening injuries so the officers on the scene were able to give cpr at that time and later transported to the hospital where he died and the 13yearold was transported as well.
