　　今年新能源汽车持续保持高速增长，以宏光MINI、特斯拉MODEL3等车型为代表的新能源汽车备受消费者青睐，今年一季度继续延续了良好的发展态势。据乘联会数据显示，2021年1-3月国内新能源汽车累计零售销量达到43.7万辆，相比去年同期的10.9万辆大幅提升302.9%。随着新能源汽车快速发展，集成化热管理系统ASP大幅提升，具备高附加值、高壁垒。
　　三花智控表示，公司新能源车零部件业务将持续聚焦在与热泵相关的产品上。热泵是纯电动车背景下必然的技术路径，可以实现汽车综合能源的利用，关键要有模块的设计，差异化产品的技术服务。目前，大部分车企在往热泵集成化模式发展。
　　今年2月，公司再次成为通用汽车电动车平台热管理模块及上汽集团电动车平台电子膨胀阀、热管理模块的独家供应商，总销售额近20亿元。产能方面，公司墨西哥工厂已实现产能落地和爬坡，绍兴滨海厂区也正在扩建，将满足下游旺盛需求。
　　资料显示，三花智控于2005年上市，上市以来，公司经历了四次大型并购、三次股权融资，但始终坚守主业，通过对外并购和大股东培育资产注入等方式，不断拓展丰富产品种类。目前三花智控已在空调电子膨胀阀、四通换向阀、电磁阀、微通道换热器、车用电子膨胀阀、新能源车热管理集成组件、Omega泵等多个领域市场占有率做到全球第一，公司市值在今年1月最高达1000亿。
　　机构认为，国家与地方政策仍将长期偏好扶持新能源汽车，利好新能源汽车零部件企业。随着特斯拉Model3、ModelY的不断降价与国产化、大众MEB平台系列销量的爬坡以及蔚来汽车等国内优质新能源车型的热销，预计公司将从中受益。
　　根据公司2020年年报显示，公司汽车零部件板块营收24.7亿元，占比约20%，毛利率29.7%。目前公司已覆盖全球主流车型(包括大众、奔驰、宝马、奥迪、沃尔沃、通用等)，向客户配套供应水冷板、chiller、阀类部件、水泵及集成组件产品等。2021年第一季度报告显示，公司实现营收34.08亿元，同比增长37.22%；归母净利3.60亿元，同比增长70.36%。
