A massive fire has completely destroyed a high rise apartment complex in london, sparking fears the building could collapse. Officials say there are fatalities but could not confirm how many. The fire was reported around 1 00 a. M. Local time. Crews try to evacuate the 24story building but residents say many may have been trapped inside.
