The officer shot and killed the 18yearold during a drug investigation. He said he thought graham had a gun. A grand jury cleared the officer of wrongdoing. He remains on the force. The graham family wants him fired. They settled a lawsuit against the city last year for almost 4 million. Steve new Jersey State Police mourning one of their own.
