오는 11월부터 임신한 노동자가 업무 시작과 종료 시각을 변경하려면 예정된 날로부터 사흘 전까지 관련 서류를 구비해 사용자에게 제출해야 한다.
고용노동부는 이런 내용을 담은 근로기준법 시행령과 시행규칙 일부개정안을 7월29일 입법예고하고 9월7일까지 이에 대한 국민 의견을 듣겠다고 28일 밝혔다.
근로기준법 시행령 개정안은 임신한 노동자가 업무시간 변경을 요청하려면 어떤 절차를 밟아야 하는지 구체적으로 명시했다. 오는 11월19일부터 시행되는 개정 근로기준법을 보면, 임신한 노동자는 사쪽과 미리 정한 하루 노동시간(소정노동시간)을 유지하는 선에서 업무 시작과 종료 시각을 변경하겠다고 사용자에게 신청할 수 있고 ....

A reporter who filmed a stabbing murder-suicide involving Hong Kong police officers cannot leave the city and is now part of a “national security law investigation,” the Hong Kong Free Press (HKFP) reported Tuesday, increasing fears of a full crackdown on journalism in the city.
Following the 2019 anti-communist protests, the Beijing-controlled Hong Kong government has greatly expanded its police activities against journalists who reported fairly on the pro-democracy movement. [인사이트] 전유진 기자 = 항공기 내 조종사와 객실 승무원 대상 기내 흡연이 법적으로 명확히 금지된 가운데 여전히 조종실 흡연이 만연하다는 의혹이 제기됐다.
지난 21일 MBC 뉴스는 비행기 조종석에 앉은 기장이 운항 중에도 담배를 피운다는 내용을 보도했다. 보도에 따르면 옆자리 부기장은 이에 대해 암묵적으로 침묵해야 하는 게 업계의 실상이었다.
부기장 A씨는 인터뷰를 통해 일부 기장들이 해발 6000m 상공에서 한 손으로만 버튼을 조작하고 다른 한 손에는 전자담배 를 쥔 채 항공기를 조종한다고 폭로했다.

[이미디어= 김한결 기자] 소방청(청장 신열우)은 뛰어난 후각 등 재난사고 현장에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 능력을 가진 119구조견의 활동 범위를 확대하고 체계적으로 운영하기 위해 「119구조·구급에 관한 법률 시행령·시행규칙」을 개정했다고 밝혔다.
7월 6일부터 시행된 개정안의 주요 내용은 명칭을“인명구조견”에서“119구조견”으로 변경하고 실종·매몰·익수자 탐지와 화재 원인물질 탐지 등으로 역할을 확대했다.
중앙119구조본부와 시·도소방본부에 「119구조견대」를 편성해 운영하도록 하고「119구조견대」에서 갖추어 할 장비기준과 출동구역을 명확히 규정했다.< ....
