光群雷今天舉行股東會，光群雷是全球雷射全像材料的大廠，產品主要應用於防偽標籤、防偽包裝及提升產品附加價值，公司自2019年開始，集團整合策略調整，持續強化本業，鎖定既有產品雷射全像術防偽包裝材料市場，著手布局印度、中東、非洲、東南亞等新興市場，隨著布局發酵，光群電在去年擺脫前年因轉投資虧損的陰影，今年第1季業績也表現不俗。
光群雷今年第1季合併營收為14.84億元，年成長28%，營業毛利為3.11億元，年成長30%，營業淨利為1.2億元，年成長1750%，稅後盈餘為1.27億元，單季合併營收及獲利均創下10年來單季新高，單季每股盈餘為0.75元，累計前5月合併營收為28.18億元，年成長21.48%，光群雷預估，第2季業績將優於去年同期。
郭維武表示，近幾年我們除了持續精進無版縫及寬幅製程，透過產量紙質量的提昇，降低標準產品的單位成本，俾使毛利率不因市場價格調降而萎縮，同時我們也努力深化與客戶的合作，建立協同設計進行客製化與差異化，並擴大環保產品的生產量，使整體毛利率更進一步提升。
光群雷2020年合併營收為54.39億元，年成長4.62%，營業毛利為12.64億元，年成長6.76%，合併毛利率為23.24%，年增0.46個百分點，稅後盈餘為1.44億元，遠優於前一年虧損，每股盈餘為0.96元；公司2020年每股配發0.96元股息，已於5月28日除息。
由於下半年為旺季，光群雷預估，下半年會比上半年好，上下半年營收占比約為45%及55%，今年本業將維持逐季走升趨勢，法人預估，光群雷今年營收可望年成長10%到20%。
