The Jerusalem Post decided it was a good idea to twist the Israel-Hamas war into a whining session about how the Jewish state’s military offensive was contributing to the so-called “climate crisis.” Talk about straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel.
“Initiative 23-0035 empowers anti-LGBTQ+ advocates to file lawsuits against services and to impose penalties on sites for speech” about LGBTQ+ issues, the letter reads in part.
The ruling ultimately could be tested at the state Supreme Court, where left-leaning justices hold a slim 4-3 majority.
