It turns out the part of the project that lies within the rincon point south beach redevelopment project area is very tiny portion of the underground garage, a small portion of the building from floors 17, it is a corner of the building and from the floors 811 it is just a edge of the building that touches the project area and then from floor 1220, there are no improvements that actually lie in the project area and so you see the proposal for the project is to taper the building upward so that it becomes somewhat narrower at the tower portion. So, we reviewed those improvements and looked at the zoning for that small portion. It is zones for residential, it has a height limit of 240 and so we determined and are recommending to you that you approve this agreement with the

Yourself because you got us and i think that when we look at contracts and i complaints, you know, we dont want to say open pandoras box on that, but i think there could be a way we can say in our contracts that there is a certain number of days subs needs to get paid and provide that and if that doesnt happen then there are fines or something and we can do something. Right . These are all front end mptd we are still looking at capturing payments mpt i know one ways we capture payments is when projects are completed for thus far since i have been here, one project has completed which is oddly number the robert [inaudible] contract for 1184 street so we do have payment for that. I included some of that information in the prior informational memo but that is the method we are engaging in. In the onset of getting fully integrated within the [inaudible] program i dont want to jump to the workforce but let me ask the question, do the contractors on our projects have to report pay roll information . They do so they are reporting on employees, hours exset ru . And correct, why cant they report about contractors . In the construction part of it, that is something that is easier to implement and that what we are looking at is a comprehensive mechanism that would include all Services Professional ....

State Lands Commission because some of the land is public trust, but for all intensive purpose the Agencies Program at rincon point south beach is finished. Come across firms on the networking sessions or through presubmitted meetings encourage them to seek certification whether they be in San Francisco if they are outside of San Francisco we tell them to look at the state certifications. In terms of trackingi think what are talking about is microbusiness. We dont have a particular microprogram in our program but in terms of tracking microbusinesses and newellly formed businesses, that is something well have to devise a mechanism to try to capture. I dont have a particular idea as yell in terms of how that track could take place. I know that the city of San Francisco does have a microbusiness category that they use for classification purposes and under that basis we can track some of that data.
