This coming after a day when the violence in jenin seemingly spilled over into tel aviv. a car ramming attack on the streets of tel aviv. the attacker shot by an armed civilian. militant group hamas taking credit for the attack, calling it a response to israel s military raid in the occupied west bank city of jenin. the largest incursion into the waste bank since the days of the second intefadeh over 20 years ago. israel says its aim is to dismantle the hornet s nest jenin has become for militants. targeting underground tunnels used to store explosive devices in the camp. they were focused mainly on dismantling terrorist infrastructure and handling and seizing guns that are in this camp. reporter: scenes of destruction as bulldozers ripped up roads to disable ieds. damaged cars and homes.
