It helped deal volume spike up a little bit. At the end of the day, the number of deals we have seen is relatively flat compared to last year. The total number was abysmal, quite dismal for bankers and lawyers on the street. They will have to look ahead to 2014 to see if there are opportunities to bump the number up. A lot of private equity firms are waiting this out, trying to make a big splash in 2014. You mentioned verizon. Most of the big deals were in tack or telecom. That is right.
