allowed, as you pointed out. but it s pretty clear that chuck schumer and mitch mcconnell are going to get this thing through the senate intact. they sure are. it s clear that tim kaine has a lot of his wounded, i think in many ways, by the way the white house put the mountain valley pipeline in the steel. but it sounds like the democrats need to be the adult in the room and set aside their personal concerns and ultimately say yes to something they never wanted to be a part of to begin with. democrats, of course, have the curse of responsibility. yeah. they are the responsibility party. the other party is the not serious party, and so, democrats frequently find themselves casting difficult votes in order to do the larger responsible thing. to save the u.s. economy. as hakeem jeffries said, team normal versus team extreme. correct. and i think you will see that on a bumper sticker somewhere in washington, d.c.. correct, thank you, alex. have a good show ....
