Called the heroin epidemic but fentanyl is driving the overdose role in 177 fatalities. And those are just the confirmed there are still dozens of toxicology reports still New Hampshire Drug Overdose deaths have already set a new record this year, and the tally continues to mount. According to the office of the chief medical examiner, the current confirmed total is 342. 292 of those lost their lives to an opioid overdose.
