Allegations of abuse by the parents of 13 children rescued by police from their home in california. David and Louise Turpin have pleaded not guilty to torture, child abuse and false imprisonment. A District Attorney said the children, aged between 2 and 29, were found severely malnourished with brain and nerve damage, some of them chained to their beds.
