How do we get these amendments ratified to the constitution and the 19th of them and the right to vote. Because of the United States congress willingness to Work Together on major land arc initiatives and that is not happening today. Unfortunately it happened with the Affordable Care act. It shouldve been a process by which everyone was engaged on both sides make a difference. We wont get into why it didnt but unfortunately it didnt. Ultimately the people are paying the price today.
