Reporter it was a bizarre, violent incident that unfolded back in march outside a Police Station in landover. In a planned assault they say michael ford walked up and began firing off shots. They say his two brothers were there and one videotaped the attack. Officers came out of the building to confront the gunman. As they did, undercover officer jacai colson arrived at the scene.
