Brad Glosserman | East Asia Forum

Brad Glosserman is Deputy Director of and Visiting Professor at the Center for Rule-making Strategies, Tama University, Tokyo, and Senior Non-Resident Advisor for Pacific Forum, Honolulu. He served as executive director of Pacific Forum for 14 years. He is a twice-weekly columnist at The Japan Times, where he was member of the editorial board from 1991-2001. He is the author of Peak Japan: The End of Great Ambitions (Georgetown University Press, 2019) and co-author (with Scott Snyder) of The Japan-South Korea Identity Clash (Columbia University Press, 2015) and editor, with Tae-hyo Kim, of The Future of U.S.-Korea-Japan Relations: Balancing Values and Interests (CSIS, 2004). His articles, commentary and analysis appear in media around the world. He is author of dozens of monographs and book chapters on US foreign policy and Asian security relations and appears regularly at conferences on Asian security and foreign policy.
