Believed to be this, newer model white mini vaughn caught on nearby surveillance, investigators say the crash happened after the woman walked off of a trolley at 57 street and girard avenue in West Philadelphia. Police say the woman had her three year old grandson in her arms, several other children by her side. Kids screaming, neighbors yelling.
