Reporter this all started as a three alarm fire quickly spreading, turning into a 5 alarm fire and the building is still smoldering. Crews are still on the scene, posing hosing down the building trying to get out the remaining hotspots. The massive fire ripped through the apartment construction site near lake merritt.
