the minimum wage. do you think there is a danger in telling a story about income inequality that ends up putting the blame on the american people for not getting enough skills? i hear this sometimes from certain people around the president. i've heard it from the president, himself, in which it sounds like part of what he's saying is the american people need to get better educated. i'm not sure that's actually the full problem. >> it's not the full problem. but it is an element of the problem. there are millions of jobs that are available and others that are emerging that require skills that people don't have now. and if they had them, they could fill those jobs. and so creating these synergies between community colleges and businesses and so on. excuse me? i'm sorry. creating synergies between community colleges and businesses. creating these high-tech corridors and so on. all of these things are useful in terms of creating good, well paying middle class jobs. we have to reform our job
