Reporter all of a sudden the water came through. A muddy mess and inconvenience. This is a picture of what it looked like right when it happened. Cracks in the asphalt with water coming through. Thats when this guy jumped in. There was so much water. Reporter 20 homes were without water. People here have patience. You have to. And everyones water back on tonight. And a portion of this road here on lincoln should be reopened. And the search is on for killed a man today. Stockton officers were called to a disturbance call.
