This amendment does nothing to address the fundamental flaws in the underlying legislation. This amendment would simply add Unfunded Mandates as another basis for the commission to prioritize the review of certain rules. The underlying legislation contains no exceptions for rules, no matter how important. JOHNSTOWN — A 21-year-old is in critical condition after she was pulled from the swimming pool at the Johnstown Community YMCA, according to a release from the town of Johnstown.
