It has been a mess all morning. Started around 4 00 this morning. Lets get outside to our news van on the scene of i95 northbound, approaching the lanes for 476. They have every state trooper car off i95 except one and as soon as that flood betties able to get the bread truck up and on the back of that flood bed and off the road they will reopen i95 northbound.
