Sent to Vice President biden because someone in the Postal Service thought they saw it go by yesterday, and so it was sent it was thought that it was in the system. The Postal Service determined that it wasnt delivered to bidens house but probably had insufficient postage, and they assumed it was back in florida, but it was found this morning at a post office in new castle, delaware.
