Up over the horizon. There are a few clouds overhead right now but theyre thin enough where i think theyre going to evaporate fairly quickly. We should wind up with a fair amount of sunshine. In fact wilmington has now dropped to 57 and millville in the upper 50s so maybe a light jacket as you head outside.
