students, hannah st. juliana, madison baldwin was in court today. ethan crumbley, you can see in the middle of that right hand side there with the mask on, this is the 15-year-old who is accused of these heinous crimes. he's charged as an adult. several counts of murder and terrorism. the judge rejected his lawyer's request to move him out of an adult jail. the big headline today is the other lawyers outside of that proceeding are accusing school officials at oxford high school of destroying some of the evidence that came in prior to this killing. attorney geoffrey feiger

horrifying. i can't begin to think what happens to someone like yourself. what was your instinctive reaction on tuesday when you saw that? re>> well, i was certainly hesitant to talk about it. ball is coming on the show, because it's one of the only network shows i care to watch as i think that you talk about a lot of important things here. look, we lost tate myre, hannah st. juliana, madisyn baldwin and justin shilling the other day in a horrible shooting. a shooting where there was evidence that the attack was planned in advance. it was a video where the shooter mentioned that this was a plan. a journal entry where this was mentioned. and of course, as many people know, the father of the shooter had purchased the firearm for days before the shooting. i did some research and of course, michigan does not have a law according to the giffords law center, that requires firearms owners to luckily their weapons. my father has guns in our house. i have no idea where they are. i know there is a safe. i cannot access them. because he is a safe gun owner.
interesting allegation from the defense counsel that supposedly the gun in question was locked. we'll have to see how that plays out in court. >> congresswoman dingle, lost in these things because there are so many facts to go through is something much more important and that is lives were lost. i want to put up on the screen the names and images of the victims in the school shooting. hana st. juliana who was 14 years old. tate myre 16 years old. madisyn baldwin 17 years old. justin schilling 17 years old. and congresswoman, there were a lot of clues that this young man was going to do this. some of them the school had. a lot of them his parents had. and they bought him a gun a week before. i don't know how you make sense of this? >> you can't. that's part of the problem, ali. i have my former neighbor who now lives in oxford, his son who i've known since he was a baby, was there.
later in the afternoon, and now we start to hear conflicting information, later in the afternoon the attorney says the couple is not fleeing. their clients aren't fleeing, but they have left the state out of concern for their own safety but were returning to the state for the arraignment, the arraignment was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and they simply never showed up. as of this point the couple, now suspects, now fugitives in the words of law enforcement. they're still on the run. they have not yet been apprehended. there is an active search under way for them. >> shaquille brewster, thank you very much for that live report, really appreciate it. >> reporter: you got it. and joining us now is david hogg, the co-founder for march for our lives, of course a survivor of one of the worst school shootings in our history in parkland, florida. david, let me begin with the victims here, hana st. juliana,
