The Forbidden Corner is a unique labyrinth of tunnels, chambers, follies and surprises created within a four-acre garden near Middleham.
The attraction is taking part in the Mobile Access North Yorkshire Project (MANY) by using 5G technology to turn its popular brass rubbing experience into an interactive, augmented-reality digital quest adventure.
One of the MANY partners, Flo-culture, is working with Forbidden Corner to enable state-of-the-art mobile technology to create the digital adventure.
Johnny and Wendy Reeves, who have managed the Forbidden Corner for more than 20-years, said taking part in the project and being able to harness the latest digital technology marks a real departure from the past when they were unable to provide customers with even a basic mobile signal.

Biden appoints healthcare rationing proponent at Penn to policy role; medical ethicists remain quiet

Came under criticism for disability and coronavirus paper
President-Elect Joe Biden announced soon after the election that University of Pennsylvania Prof. Ezekiel Emanuel would serve on his coronavirus task force.
The oncologist chairs Penn’s ethics and health policy department and co-authored a paper in April that argued for treating people with disabilities differently in coronavirus care based of their life expectancy.
He has previously written in support of healthcare rationing and urged 75-year-olds to stop pursuing primary care. Emanuel advised President Obama on healthcare policy as well.
The College Fix reached out to six different professors for comment on Emanuel’s appointment to the COVID-19 Transition Advisory Board and to see what principles they wanted to see Biden implement with regard to coronavirus policy. Only one professor responded to the inquiries.

Detailed text transcripts for TV channel - MSNBC - 20190302:22:24:00

when she was brought in as an event planner and then given just a bigger title when they were dealing with the campaign running for office? >> it's also confusing because you know i shared with msnbc a recording, a conversation that i had with katherine pearson and lynn discussing this imminent release of donald trump saying racist things. she knows there were multiple conversations of such and text chains and e-mails about these things. so for her to stand in front of congress and be used to say she had no idea that donald trump had ever in the past or currently said racist things was, i think, probably not the best statement for lynn to make because there's just such a long documented history of her being concerned about his racist statements. >> so there are records that could establish that she was concerned about his racist behavior? >> well, in her own voice.
